1. General provisions
This policy explains what personal data the KRANKA website collects, why we process it, and what rights you have. Processing is carried out under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

- Controller — the party that determines the purpose of processing. In our case, the owner of the KRANKA website.

- Legitimate interest for protecting the forms from spam and for anonymised visit analytics.
6. Retention periods
- Form requests are kept for as long as they are needed to serve the customer, but no longer than three years.
- Technical anti-spam logs are kept for up to 12 months.
- Analytics data is kept for the periods set by the web analytics service.
Once the period expires, the data is deleted.

- Lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights
- Apply legal remedies in the event of a breach of personal data protection legislation
